Job summary
Operations Support Specialists (OSS) assists the Aeroglobil's Administration Department in organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities. They optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness and communications to best serve our customers.
Your responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, emails, faxes and voice messages related to Facility maintenance issues and processing work orders for needed repairs.
- Process and close all completed work orders
- Provide quality customer service on every call
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Generate PM and corrective maintenance
